Mindful(l) thoughts

What travels faster than speed? Probably the zillion thoughts that pop up in our minds every minute. Some disturbing, some useful, some creative, some happy, some fantastic, and so on. What to take? How do we evaluate and adopt? it is all left to us how we do it and each person has his/her own way of doing it. Hey all, I hope you are doing well. With the onset of heavy rains and cold weather outside, I hope you are fit and fine, both physically and mentally.  July has been a true roller coaster ride for me. I experienced new beginnings, hard goodbyes, great epiphanies, anxiety, and happiness all in the same month. From a trip to exams, I have seen it all and kind of enjoyed both things equally.
