One day at a time!

Hey there!
I hope you all are doing well, if not please take care. It feels so happy and weird to be back in this space after a year!

Glancing at this picture makes me comfortable and gives me peace. The power of meditation and pranayamas is magical beyond words.
Well, the major reason to get back here is to figure out some things for myself. Sometimes we want to hear what we tell others and upon all of it, writing one blog a month is been of my this year's resolutions lists.

The life these days may not be as you imagined it to be and it may not be that rosy. But it surely is a good one and at least, it is what you have to believe in to survive. Survive and get out of it to be at a place where you want to be, and that's how it's done. You dive into the sea and swim your way to stay alive. Most of the time, the sea is so beautiful, calm, serene, and pleasant. You can appreciate its beauty only when you get in there and it can't be experienced staying at the shore with the fear of drowning.
There comes a phase in the life of everyone where you feel left behind or stagnant. The feeling of a sense of helplessness, remorse, and regret over life's decisions all gushes in.
The pathetic feeling of seeing your loved ones move away can give you a hard time. You may feel left behind, unproductive, or get caught in a cycle of procrastination. Your mental health can go haywire, your emotional status can be completely messed up and you may refuse to take help. But, you know what? I recently figured out that it's completely 'Okay to be Not Okay'. There is no need to build up emotions like a pile of books. It's okay to let out sorrow by crying out loud or whatever helps relieve it.
It's not necessary to figure out everything right now, at the moment. Time and experience through life make you realise that. Not everyone would have figured out their IKIGAI. So relax, you are one among 'everyone' who is trying to find out your purpose to be here on this earth. All of us are not geniuses who know everything, that's what makes us different from them, that makes 'us'.
When you feel you are not okay, don't beat yourself too much. Talk to someone, let out your stored emotions, and write, to get clarity. In the future, when you look back and rewind this phase, it will all be okay and feel trivial! Whatever has happened, is happening, and will be happening is for our wellness. It turns out to be just fine in the end as always! All our lives we will be sad searching for happiness in tomorrow visualising a perfect future. There's hope for tomorrow but who knows if we make it to that perfect future?! So, all we have got is TODAY, this moment. Enjoy and stay happy as you make plans for the future by not forgetting about today. Live ONE DAY AT A TIME!

Thank you, I hope it helps anyone who wants to hear these things today or myself when I am down.

Consider sharing with your family and loved ones if you feel it's worth reading:)

Until next time, Take care

Bye!!
